Progetto di sperimentazione di un sistema di videofonia – CERCHIAMO UN VOLONTARIO!

Nell’ambito delle politiche di conciliazione famiglia e lavoro, la PAT ha proposto un progetto di sperimentazione che consenta di armonizzare ed equilibrare i tempi della vita familiare con quelli dell’attività lavorativa, incentivando strumenti che favoriscano una conciliazione effettiva. FBK ha aderito all’”Accordo obiettivo” che vede la partecipazione di altri enti e aziende del territorio.
Nasce così la richiesta di partecipazione di un VOLONTARIO FBK.

Finalità del progetto:
-attivare un sistema di comunicazione in videotelefonia tra lavoratore e i propri familiari, con particolare riferimento ai casi di anziani che vivono soli presso il proprio domicilio e soggetti in condizioni di disabilità temporanea o permanente;
-la sperimentazione avrà la durata di 6 mesi (con inizio feb./mar. 2010);
-verrà installata una postazione adeguata in FBK per il collegamento dall’ufficio (videotelefono o skype);
-allo stesso tempo verrà installata a casa del familiare la linea ADSL (sarà Alpikom a farsi carico dell’installazione  se la linea non è presente) e conseguentemente il videotelefono. Per questioni tecniche/logistiche il familiare deve essere residente in Trentino;
-l’attività vuole indagare aspetti strettamente tecnici riferiti all’infrastruttura tecnologica e acquisire informazioni circa la ricaduta del servizio in termini di un miglioramento delle condizioni lavorative per il lavoratore e del contestuale miglioramento delle condizioni di sicurezza e di inclusione sociale dal lato del familiare.

Il prototipo di videocomunicazione utilizzato per la sperimentazione è stato messo a punto da Alpikom con il supporto di Create-Net nell’ambito del progetto CONVERGENZA finanziato su L.P. 6/99.

Experimental project of a videophone system – VOLUNTEER IS NEEDED!

In the framework of the Work & Family process, the Autonomous Province of Trento, aims to promote tools that foster effective conciliation. FBK, like other institutions and companies of the region, is involved in the project. One of the activities promoted is also the experimental project in videophone system  that requires the participation of a VOLUNTEER from FBK.

Project Goals: 
-Activate a video telephony communication system between workers and their families, especially the ones who have elder family member living alone at home or family member that have temporary or permanent disability.
-The length of this experimental project will be 6 months (beginning Feb. / March 2010)
-Regarding the connection from the office (Skype or video phone), the system will be installed in a suitable location of FBK.
-In the mean while it  will be installed an ADSL line at  the family home (Alpikom will take charge of the installation if the ADSL line is not present) and consequently the videophone. Due to technical/logistical reasons, the family must be resident in Trentino.
-The activity aims to investigate strictly the technical aspects related to technology infrastructure and to acquire information about the utilities of the service in terms of improved working conditions for workers and at the same time improve security conditions and family social inclusion.

The prototipe used for video communication has been developed by Alpikom supported by Create-Net, on behalf of the CONVERGENCE project, financed under L.P. 6/99.
